I just wanted to take a moment to check in and remind you that you’re doing an amazing job! I’m so proud of you for starting this year off strong. No matter what’s been going on around you, you’ve been giving it your all, taking it one day at a time, chipping away at your goals, and setting yourself up for big results by the end of 2025.
I was thinking about what we discussed earlier this month. I know how easy it can be to lose momentum by the end of January. So, I wanted to pop in with three tips and encourage you to stay on track and avoid being part of the 80% of people who let go of their goals by February.
1. Celebrate the Small Wins
But, seriously! CELEBRATE YOURSELF!
I’m celebrating you for every victory you’ve accomplished thus far! Whether you’ve completed a redundant task, stuck to your self-care routine, or just showed up for your goals every day, Every win matters!
Please, take a moment to reflect on the first weeks of 2025 and think about how much you’ve already accomplished. It’s easy to overlook the progress, but even the tiniest steps are leading you toward something big. So, give yourself a well-deserved pat on the back!
2. Practice Self-Compassion Through Challenges
Can I be real for a second? We know things don’t always go according to plan because life happens! And that’s perfectly okay!
When things don’t go exactly as you envisioned, be kind to yourself. Give yourself the same grace and understanding you would give to a friend. You are human, and setbacks don’t define you. What matters is that you get back up, dust yourself off, and keep moving forward. You’ve got this!
3. Find an Accountability Partner
One of the best ways to stay on track is to have someone in your corner. Make sure you have an accountability partner on your team. It could be a friend, family member, or even a mentor. You want to have someone who can check in with you, encourage you when you’re feeling low, and even challenge you when you need it. I promise, knowing that someone is rooting for you and holding you accountable makes all the difference because you’re not in this alone!
If no one else has told you, I am so proud of you and I believe you are more than capable of achieving amazing things this year. Keep going, stay focused, and know that you’re not just working toward goals—you’re building a life of purpose and fulfillment. Continue to stay encouraged and be blessed as you prepare for February. I’ll check in with you soon!
